Kega Fusion Lockup from Launch Box

When I open any Genesis game from LaunchBox to Kega Fusion 3.64, the Kega program freezes. If I just go open Kega Fusion from the directory, I don't have any issues. I can open any of the Genesis games that freeze from LaunchBox and they don't have any issues. Anyone run into this issue and have a fix for it? All of my other Emulators and games with them work perfect. Only the Genesis one. Thank you!
