"Scan for Added ROMs" need a filter / currently broken

Platform: WiiU Emulator: Cemu

#Step to Reproduce

Added at least one game for Cemu (example: xenoblade chronicles X, XCX)
Copy one or more games (example: mario kart 8, MK8) to Cemu rom folder. The game is in Loadiine form (A folder containing a lot of files and a wiiu executable .rpx file)
Select Scan for Added ROMs, click Next 3 times to the Ready to Import screen

#Expectation

The Turbo.rpx is listed below, which is the executable of MK8 (file is in \mario kart 8\code\turbo.rpx)

#Actually Happened

Launch Box listed every file in the ROM folder including those from XCX, except spcetravel.rpx which is the executable of XCX, added in step 1.

The list now contains like 25k+ files, LB freeze for few seconds for every editing/deleting action.

Basically, it's broken, you will never want to adding Cemu games like this.

#What I Want

User have the ability to add file type filter(s) for scan feature (one-time filter when scanning or an emulator property that can be set for each emulator)

For example *.zip for MAME, *.rpx, *.wud for Cemu.

#Why It's Cool

After you enter the correct filter, you can update ROMs by select scan then click next 4 times. Fast, accurate, graceful and cool!
