Wrapping quotes around launcher tab rom field results in LaunchBox crash

7.10 beta 7 i have a windows game and on the launcher tab in the rom field where the path and exe is set to launch the game, i wrapped quotes around it. this crashed LB as an illegal character and prevented LB from ever going back to that game without crashing. i had to take the quotes out of the platform xml file for that game.
