Deleting a rom file from lang or region X make the game disappears even if there is a lang or region Y for it!

I have a game in two languages/regions: one USA, one Europe. The two roms are consolidate into one game in Launchox :

If I delete only ONE rom (Europe for example) and then scan for removed roms, the game disappears from Launchbox, even if the USA rom is still here in the roms folder.
