Incredibly slow and laggy after updating from Beta to 7.10

So basically as the title says, for me, Launchbox has become very very slow since updating from beta 7. My library size hasn't changed, nothing has, but it's slow to the point that it's almost freezing and hanging anytime I click anything.

Switching between platforms takes several seconds, and then even longer for images to show. All of this happened pretty much instantly before. There's even a delay when clicking on any menu item.

I'm not sure what's changed, but I've had to revert to 7.10 beta 7 which is working fine.
