Triple Monitor Support

Is there any way to get Big Box running on a triple monitor setup? I'm using Nvidia Surround which gives me a 5760x1080 res which just stretches Big Box across all three screens which cuts off info between the screens. Would it be possible to have a setting or theme to format the screen where platforms displayed on monitor 1 details on monitor 2 and description on monitor 3? Another option would be to have everything constrained to the middle monitor and have the other 2 monitors blacked out or filled with the background image. I've attached a screenshot to give you an idea of how it looks currently.
