Open manual/guide on Tablet/phone?

I'm really not sure if this one is even feasible but here goes. I noticed in LB that you can set it to open guide or manual,etc prior to booting the game. Would it be possible to have LB launch the game as usual and open the manual/guide on a linked android device?
