After new Beta 7 Bigbox didnt instasll and crashed my system

after downlaoding new beta 7.11-beta 7 today launch gave me error and also did not install bigbox on my pc when it reverted back to beta 6...7 did not install it erased...what going on i have 2Tb of stuff and now dont know if it all lost....and my bigvbox is gone....not happy customer.
