Metadata Scraper Improvements

The metadata scraper should replace "+" symbols with "-" if it finds no matches. ("Super Mario Bros. + Duck Hunt" confuses it because the game is named "Super Mario Bros. - Duck Hunt" in the Database)

It should also search for alternate names when it finds no matches. (For example, it doesn't recognize "Riddick Bowe Boxing" if the rom is named "Chavez.")
