[Feature Request] Allow users to preview downloadable media.

Allow users to see a preview of video/audio/image files before downloading them to their database. Sometimes images etc. belong to other games, are duplicates, or just aren't the kind of quality or style a user may be looking for. Previews would save time in downloading looking and deleting.

Came here to suggest this. Would add that the option to see which image files are new (i.e. don't replace existing ones) would be great.
