Launchbox Transaction didn't go through

Hello!

I tried paying for a premium account to Launchbox sing my bitcoin, but it never sent me anything? I thought the payment didn't go through, so I tried again a little bit later and it did the same thing.

I checked by wallet and the transactions have just been accepted and now I lost $42 trying to get this to work.

Anyway you guys can help me out? I'm just trying to get my arcade cabinet up and running ASAP, and you guys have the best frontend.
