(BUG) Launchbox doesn't use alternate titles on scrapping, downloading data

Launchbox still fails on detecting roms with alternate names, only detects and uses first titles when importing and downloading data from the database and emumovies. It's needed the use of alternates to avoid failure and a recursive try with all alternate titles available to ensure downloading data from emumovies that only uses hyperlist/nointro standard naming. The contributors are bulking the database with alternate regional titles, and hyperlist naming standards but at this time 7.11 still doesn't make use of them.
