Launchbox isn't downloading art for my games.

Hi, I'm having trouble downloading the art through Launchbox. I get a little window that says,

"an error occurred while trying to search the launchbox database: error downloading media extensions."

I do have a internet connection, and as far as I can tell everything else is in working order. I'm just unable to put the art on my roms. I can do it manually, but it is very time consuming. Please help.
