Launchbox doesn't find alternate names when importing or updating metadata

I've imported a full romset with euro usa japanese gameboy roms and when importing is complete all the european roms still don't linked whit database entries, if i check one by one the alternate european names are available and one by one i could find but in the process of importing the romset and updating the scrapping and mergind don't work. I have a lot of duplicating entries without data and without merging with the other versions (usa for example).
