problem to sign up my launchbox acount

i am usin launchbox 7.0.1 i am using windows 10 64bit this is ocucurs then the fisrt time the i run launchbox i open launchbox and i click to conect to launchbox data base i put my acount and my key and shut off the firewall and my antivirus that is karspersky . yes the error shows with a error text
