Update And Crash

When Im downloading the latest update the bar fills most of the way then it crashes Im using windows 10 and its launchbox 5.5

ok im trying to run bigbox but it doesn't open the loading thing beside my mouse is spinning but its not opening

Were you able to run Big Box before the update?

I'd say try doing a reboot to see if that helps. Otherwise send me your LaunchBox.xml file to jasondavidcarr at gmail dot com and I'll see if I can reproduce the issue. There were very few (if any) changes made to Big Box with this release, so it's odd that the new version would have issues with Big Box.

Alright, so I tried your XML file and Big Box worked fine for me, sigh. Try reinstalling the latest update (just download it from the site). It's possible that your installation got corrupted or something weird I guess on the install. Other than that, I'm running out of ideas.

Hi Joshua, thanks for this report. I just tested the update on 5.5 and it worked for me; I'm guessing this was just an Internet connection hiccup or something. Can you give it another shot?
