LaunchBox doesn't close mupen64plus-gui.exe (m64p) on emulation shutdown

The latest builds of m64p from m64p.github.io launch games directly from mupen64plus-gui.exe, rather than just using it as a configuration setter/launcher for mupen64plus.exe. The "Attempt to hide console window on startup/shutdown" option doesn't seem to have any effect on mupen64plus-gui.exe.

As of a few hours ago, m64p now has the command line option "-nogui". Now that it does, this issue can be closed. I'd also suggest making it the default N64 emulator.
