Bigbox slowing down emulator

Hi,

I have a problem with bigbox. It really slows down snes9x. Games are not playable. When i launch the games from Launchbox there are no issues.

When i look at the system resources (when snes9x lags in bigbox) half of the RAM is free and the processor is also used for 20% or so.

Do you know if this is a bug of bigbox or can i change it? Slowing down is every 5 or 10 second and not 100% of the time.
