Syncing collection

Very frustrated !! I first watched youtube videos to launch Launchbox ! I set it up , Then went to data base to add collection , went back to sync collection, since I choose 20 plus games I didn't know how long it would take . I let sync for around 15 hours and was still syncing !! What has happened is it shows 542 games , but what shows as games is plugins,dlls,hotkeys,etc, it does show 2 or 3 boxes of games , but will not play them ! I also uninstalled several times and reinstalled with no fix ! I submitted an issue ticket and you said to mark as Duplicate , so I did that , no fix , I deleted collection and started over and tried to sync again but no fix ! I wanted this to work so bad , but now I have invested many , many hours trying to fix issues with no fix !! Help please !!
