Snes9x error

I have followed the tutorials on how to install the emulator for Window 7 64 bit and I continue to run into the same error when I try to open up the Super Nintendo roms. The roms are .smc extension so I don't think that will cause this issue. I have download the files from the link provide by the steps to add a new emulator.

Direct X error, missing dll needed for the emulator, not a LB error.
