games crash during loading

Just downloaded Launchbox, obtained the Mame 185 rom suppository, and downloaded Mame. 2600 games were deposited in Launchbox but when I try to open one, I see a flash of "Initializing" then it goes back to Launchbox, in other words game won't load.

I'm using windows 10; 8 GB of RAM; Intel Core (TM) 2 Duo processor, and Intel Q45 graphics card.
