Master System games are gone after 7.11 update

Hello,

My games collection is in launchbox/games/platforms/platform name

After the update launchbox has (re)created empty folders in /games for each platform, and it seems that all the Master System games are gone.

What Can I do ? Are my saves ok ?

Don't do that with my Genesis folder ok !? 'got Gunstar Heroes here :)
