LaunchBox for the Arcade

I am looking for a simple front end/back end to use in my arcade machine, mostly for mame/arcade games as my arcade cabinet has four coin slots and I want to use these in my home to keep the original feel of playing at the arcade.

I have been messing around with Hyperspin and Rocketlauncher, but I am looking for something more user friendly. I need something that can be navigated using my arcade cabinet's joystick and buttons, something that is safe so my kids or anyone visiting cannot easily exit the front end, so a customizable combination of buttons pressed at the same time would be a good way to exit. I need it to accept coin inputs.

I would pay premium for an arcade cabinet mode. Is LaunchBox the solution I am looking for? Are these features that will be available in an upcoming release?

Hi Anonymous, yes, all features you mention are planned. Per right now there is no restriction on exiting, but that is already on the list. Typically coin inputs aren't handled by the frontend, but by MAME itself.
