Umlaut handling ä,ö,ü with ae,oe,ue

At the moment, the Launchbox search does not know that German Umlauts ä,ö,ü are often used internationally as ae,oe and ue.

For example, No-Intro does not use Umlauts in filenames like "Wer wird Millionaer (Germany).7z". The GameDB has the correct name with Umlaut (Wer wird Millionär). Due to this little difference, the search does not find the correct match.
