Start In Platform (Single System Only)

Add the option to start in a Platform such as MAME without the option to back out to the Platform list screen. This way for people using this in their Arcade cabinet for one platform alone who want the user to have the option to select games on one system such as MAME, don't get confused by the Platform screen.

It would also be nice if the only way to exit the application or the platform selection (selectable in the application settings) were with a simultaneous combination of key presses while in Big Box mode because when installed in an arcade cabinet, all you have available is a joystick and buttons. I would be nice if we could lock it so people could not exit the system and get into our files.

The "password" could be set/edited in the settings dialog. It could have the option of a alphanumerical password for users just using a computer with a keyboard and mouse, and a simultaneous combination of keys for users with an arcade cabinet.
