Allow column re-ordering in title view

Requested: the ability to reorder the columns in Launchbox’s title view data grid.

Nice-to-have but less important: the ability to hide columns completely.

Related: I’ve submitted an issue that user changes to column widths are lost every time the view loads.

In short, I’d like to arrange the columns in the title view so that all relevant info is visible at one time, without having to laboriously resize several columns every time the view reloads.
