In title view, clicking on scroll bar background (not handle) does not page data

Typical behavior for scroll bars in Windows is that users may navigate the area (in this case, the title view data grid, the details panel, etc.) one screen at a time by clicking on the scroll bar background (that is, any part of the scroll bar besides the actual handle control itself). Currently, scroll bars in Launchbox do not exhibit this behavior.

It would be especially useful in Launchbox, since the current window chrome style renders the scroll bar handle invisible until it is actually being used. Also, I frequently work with lists of games containing thousands of items, where it is impossible to navigate down one page using the scroll bar handle.
