Game Videos do not automatically restart again unless " now loading screen" option is enabled

I noticed that when you exit back into Big Box after playing a game,the game videos do not start back automatically unless you have the "now loading" enabled in the options menu. I also noticed that it only happens with the box framed videos and not the full screen background videos.

The video does not start again and shows a screenshot from my image folder instead and I do not think this is the intended method. Happens with windows media player and vlc.
