This error is only happening on Mega Man 5 for the NES. LaunchBox 7.14 Windows 8.1 Pro N Occurs every time I try to look up metadata for specific game

1. Edit Mega Man 5 with CTRL+E
2. Press Search for MetaData
3. First response is the below error.

[ ERROR ] Could not retrieve results from the local metadata database.
