Can't Import Anything Now!

Launch Box version: 7.14 OS; Windows 10 launch box is on a 1TB removable hard drive.

Launch Box was throwing errors saying the platforms.xml, emulators.xml, and Magnovox Odessy2.xml were corrupt and needed a back up replacement. I took the latest backup files and renamed them as the files that were causing the hang up and could now open. Now when I try to add any roms, it will get to the custom options window, thrown out the error below and close. I have about 10 systems and roms already on launch box and had no problem until the backup errors occurred. This happens no matter what I import.
