Dummy ROM Lists

Howdy!

Not sure how difficult it would be or how it would affect the Launch Box database, but I would love to be able to download complete "dummy" ROM lists that contain empty files with the actual ROM files names. That way we could download complete media collections without having to find ROMs online. For me, I don't want every game ever made. But I would like to be able to get art, videos, etc and see what is out there as kind of a historical record or to see what game I may actually want to seek out.
