Retro Achievements Project64 N64 emulator achievements not loading when accessing through Launch Box.

I am using version 7.15 on Windows 10. The issue occurs anytime I access the retro achievements project 64 through Launch Box. I manually open the emulator outside of launch box and then it works fine. That defeats the purpose of accessing my N64 library though launch box though. When I launch a game for that emulator it will not load the achievements the achievements page even shows "no achievements present". This apparently is a known issue according to forums I have read the emulator must be opened before loading a ROM or the achievements will not load if you open a ROM to launch the emulator like launch box does. These forums are dated over a year ago so apparently its been awhile with no fix. I am not sure if it could be added to launch box to where the emulator could load before the ROM to enable for this emulator until they fix their emulator issue so we can use it with launch box please help.
