Filter Enhancement: [genre/publisher] - [is equal to] - [Drop Down list that shows all available]

I think I nailed it in the title - when I'm playing a system, and thinking about filtering some games, it helps to have an idea of what all is actually available on a per system basis.

If I use the normal built in 'genres' or 'publishers' functionality, I can choose a publisher or genre, but it's on a global scale. Sometimes I want to only see what genres are available for Nintendo Entertainment System, and this solution would address that perfectly.

You would only need to implement the 'drop down list' if the middle selection is 'is equal to.' Please consider implementing this, it would be great for everyone, and would make the filter system even more powerful. It is nice having the OSK to be able to type, but when you're using a controller, this solution would be easier, faster, and more intuitive for general use.
