Big Box wont load

When I first purchased the premium license big box worked great. Now, after I have restarted my computer, big box will not launch. I re-installed it on another drive on my computer, and still, it will not launch. I do not understand why this is happening. Launchbox launches just fine. It even shows that I am registered with the premium account in the top part of the window. But when I launch big box, I get nothing but the logo splash. Task manager says it is using resources, but it doesn't work. It just stays with the splash on the desktop. Please help. I cant think of anything I would have done to cause this. especially after a fresh install!
