ERROR PLEASE HELP

I have had this issue since the black Friday Nov.24,2017. It keeps saying that the issue has been reported,but there has not been a fix for it yet...... I am using windows 10 pro and LaunchBox 7.16...... LaunchBox will load up,but as soon as I click on a game or try to edit anything within LaunchBox the error message pops up and then LaunchBox will shut down.... BigBox works fine,all emulators are working outside of LaunchBox PLEASE HELP! Thank You so much LaunchBox BigBox is the best
