Add 'Contains Any Data' value for 'Custom Field' filter

I added 'Expansion Pak' as a custom field for N64, and I'd like to give a brief description as to what the expansion pak actually does for the game (added features and whatnot), and I'd like to be able to use filters to filter any game that has any data entered.

So I was thinking the middle column could have an option for 'Contains any Data,' and then if that option is selected, the 3rd column would just go unused, Then when you apply the filters, all games with data in the selected field show up.
