Was experimenting with PCSX2, noticed that if you turn off the Show Console option within PCSX2 and add --nogui to the launch script, exit from the PS2 to LaunchBox is seamless.

Enhancement idea to add the --nogui command line argument to PCSX2 launch commands automatically for all users.
