Download metadata in background after entering game title

Please add the option to download metadata in background when adding a game. Metadata downloads takes about a minute for me ,locking up the UI when I could be customising.

If its per game, then preferably typing the name populates fields using existing metadata - whilst the updated info downloads. At the end of download, if there was a difference, ask to update the fields (and any customisation is not overwritten)

Stretch goal: prepare the content also.

If metadata is global (I dont think it is), download at startup would be nice.

This may only be relevant for people like me that curate specific sets of favorite games.
