user friendly themes and startup

can it be possible to have easy user friendly way to install themes and start-ups. where we (users) can just simple download one file and have a easy set up to upload the file in the settings or have it set up, to just go to Tools->Import->Themes/start-up.

hope this can happen and make bigbox more easy friendly way to enjoy!
