Credit Counter in bigbox

Hello,

I'm a paid launchbox user, I'm attempting to recreate the arcade experience for my son. I have an arcade cabinet set up that he and his friends play but I think the whole unlimited credits thing really removes the tension. They just spam the button. I remember being a kid and that limit really adds to the fun of making every life count. So I have a coin door on it and it works with mame, but they keep putting coins in before they actually launch a game. So a nice feature would be if there was a user configurable setting for credit counter, so I could map my coin door button. Mame would then start a count of how many times it's pressed in bigbox. After selecting an arcade game it would then wait a configurable timer to ensure we have reached the title screen and then it would press the input the configured button that number of times.
