Combine roms with matching titles combining sequels into one game

Hi, I was reimporting my games recently and noticed that not all my roms were showing up after import. After trudging through to find the missing ones, I found that a couple games were combined into a single game when they shouldnt be. In case of the N64 it was pokemon stadium 1 and 2, and also snowboard kids 1 and 2. Thanks!
