LaunchBox crashes on selecting of box art

LaunchBox crashes everytime I select a ROM. This has happened for SNES and NES. This is a fresh install and tried to use the Beta 10 to write over the top. I'm Running windows 7 SP1.

Have I missed somthing with the install? I want to go to BigBox, but don't want to pay for it unless I can get the normal working.

I've included a txt files with the crash error.

If you need anything else from me, please let me know.

Any help would be great.
