Import Windows Games

For past couple of versions I am unable to Import Windows Games like I can with Rom Files. When I click Import Windows Games, the wizard bypasses the Select Folder/File Section; instead the first section that wizard prompts to is the download metadata for games. I am unable to choose the .exe file for the windows games. I would like to Import Unreal Tournament, Angry Birds, and a few other old Reflexive Games.
