Scrape EmuMovies data from local FTP mirror

Add a scraping option to grab EmuMovies content from a local mirror of the EmuMovies FTP server. This option would provide an alternative to API calls to EmuMovies to get this data. This would allow users who have a local mirror of the EmuMovies FTP server to scrape over the local network thus greatly speeding population of the relevant data. Such an option would be a third scraping option (in addition to the LaunchBox database and EmuMovies web API scrapers). The mirror could be an actual local FTP server or just an accessible directory with the same structure as the EmuMovies FTP server.
