scan for added roms not accurate with it's finding

When I run the "scan for added roms " function it returns a lot of junk. It appears like the name-matching mechanism has trouble with roms (images actually) than span multiple files; like a multi-track disk or if the image is additional application but does not have the same name as it's file name as it's parent.

As you can see in the screenshot, for me at least, this is a big problem. It makes using this feature pretty much impossible. I know you can trim this list by deleting items but trying to do this on a large amount of rows is not a pleasant experience.....hard to describe but it's not a performant operation, it takes a long time and the application is essentially locked and frankly it's hassle to have to do every time i want to run a full import, as you can see there's almost 500 items in this list with just a few being actual valid items.
