Led Driver integration and usb device ID mapping

I have run into two issues setting up an arcade cabinet with multiple usb devices and led driver boards.

1. Windows re-assigns usb devices so on initial setup usb controller boards are assigned as player 1, 2,3 etc. After reboot windows randomly re-assigns these usb devices so player 1 and 2 are swapped, etc. Some people have created a program to address this issue, especially ultimarc light guns. This should be a feature that is integrated into launchbox and big box.

2. Led driver program to allow lighting control not just for mame, but for all emulators. I have tried using led blinky with mame and it works, although with a lot of steps. I can not get it work with any other emulator other than mame. Again someone has created rocketled, but it works for hyperspin only. This is another feature that should be implemented into launchbox and bigbox.

I want a one stop shop install for my front end. I do not want to have to comb the internet and forums to find xyz program to make this happen, or install this program then write a batch file to launch this then that. Ridiculous! Please, Please, Please integrate features that should be a standard for front ends.
