Launchbox Scale & Layout Issue

Launchbox 8.2-Beta-3 Windows 10 (1709) Issue occurs all the time.

Before I begin, this is my setup: Monitor#1 Dell U3415W Scale and Layout: 100% (recommended) *Resolution: 3440x1440 (recommended)

Monitor#2 Sony 4K TV Scale and Layout: 150% (recommended) (If it's 100%, I can't read texts well.) *Resolution: 1920 x 1080 (recommended) (3840x2160 has many issues with Retroarch.)

STEPS: 1. Bootup windows 10 on monitor#2 for gaming. 2. Open Launchbox and all the layout is zoomed up and everything is fine. 3. Switch to Monitor#1 to enjoy on desk. 4. Launchbox is zoomed up too big, edit window goes out of screen and can't be minimized.

Workaround: 1. Logout and login windows10 on monitor#1. 2. The layout is back to normal.

This is minor but it happens all the time and I thought I'd forward this issue since Launchbox NEXT is out. LaunchBox NEXT doesn't have this issue. Whether I open LB NEXT on monitor #1 or 2, the layout is optimized automatically. I even expended the screen to see, there's no issue. So, I'd love Launchbox to have same feature until LB is merged to NEXT.
