BigBox will not open since 8.1

Issue #4018 invalid
Former user created an issue

Does not matter how I try to open (direct, through LaunchBox), it just doesn't do anything. If I'm in LaunchBox and try to launch BigBox, it just shuts down LaunchBox and does nothing. If I click on icon it just does nothing. Please help.
