Disable Desktop Composition for 64 bit RetroArch in Windows 7

Issue #4060 new
Volvagia created an issue

Hi ^^

While I was searching how to reduce input lag on RetroArch, I tried some workarounds and I discovered on a forum that 64-Bit applications aren't affected by the "Disable Desktop Composition" in properties menu. (I'm on Windows 7 Home Edition x64)

I would rather not switch back to RetroArch x86 or disable completely Aero, so I wondered if it was possible to implement a feature in Launchbox to disable DWM when RetroArch (or another emulator) starts and activating it again when I quit since Windows can't do it by itself. I suppose it would only work on Windows 7 x64 though.
