Start another app in the background as LaunchBox launches

I'm working on a Flash game collection via LaunchBox and one of the things I need to do with it is launch a web server in the background, because some Flash games simply don't work without web servers, and it's useful for bypassing copy protection on others. I'd like to be able to tell LaunchBox to start up an application as it starts, in order to launch the web server without relying on a batch file to start both for me.
